Product Management Intern

Role Description The Product Management Intern role at Incubr is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The intern will assist in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and supporting product roadmaps in collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and user research, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and documenting insights in a clear and structured manner.

The intern will help prepare product specifications, wireframes, and presentations, and coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to support product development and launches.

The role also involves tracking product performance metrics, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Product Management and Product Strategy to support roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
• Design background is a must.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and derive actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to study customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Relevant academic background in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Central Delhi and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and interest in product and technology sectors is an advantage.
