Title: Product Manager Intern
Location: Pune (Bavdhan)
InCred Money is a wealthtech platform under the InCred Group, focused on making alternate investments like highyield FDs, bonds, and unlisted shares accessible to retail investors through its app and website.
Responsibilities
- Support founders and senior product managers in understanding the alternate investment space and shaping product strategy for consumerfacing journeys.
- Assist in translating product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and simple wireframes to feed into the product roadmap.
- Contribute across the product lifecycle: problem discovery, user research, competitive analysis, requirement documentation, QA/UAT, and postlaunch monitoring.
- Help define and track key product metrics (activation, conversion, retention, repeat investments) using dashboards and basic data analysis.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of sprints and ontime delivery of features.
- Participate in user interviews, feedback calls, and internal brainstorming to build strong customer empathy and improve user experience.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in product, business analysis, consulting, engineering, or similar analytical/techadjacent roles; prior internship in product/fintech is a plus.
- Strong interest in consumer fintech, investments, and digital products, with willingness to learn about alternate assets and investor behaviour.
- Comfort with numbers: able to work with Excel/Sheets, basic SQL or analytics tools (a plus) and derive insights from product data.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to write clear PRD snippets, user stories, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in engineering, statistics, economics, finance, or management; current students or recent graduates from reputed institutes preferred.
- Exposure to or understanding of modern tech stacks (APIs, web/mobile apps; Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated bias for action: internships, projects, college initiatives, or sideprojects where you took ownership and shipped something tangible.
- Interest in startups and comfort working in a fastpaced, ambiguous environment with limited resources and evolving priorities.
