Role Overview:
As a Product Management Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our product teams focused on Activity and Retention and Member Experience, and Operations Excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that motivate members to work out more, enhance their journey, and ensure operational efficiency across our gym network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gamification & Engagement: Assist in designing and implementing gamification features to enhance the new member journey and increase monthly active users.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with the team to create programs that encourage working out in squads and foster a sense of community.
- Progress Tracking & Insights: Support data analysis efforts to derive insights on member progress and engagement patterns.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to projects focused on automating center audits, temperature and humidity monitoring, and checklist automation to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features.
- User Research & Feedback: Participate in user research activities to understand member needs and pain points, ensuring the product features are user-centric.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an Engineering program (any major) with an expected graduation in 2026.
- Prior experience in startups, tech, or the fitness industry is a bonus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fitness, technology, and product development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
