Role Overview

We are building a scalable affiliate commerce business on Pinterest across multiple categories. As a Product Intern, you will work closely with the founding team to design, test, and scale content-led growth systems that drive affiliate revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking in systems, experimenting with growth strategies, and leveraging automation to scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop category wise Pinterest growth strategies and content frameworks.

Design and structure Pinterest profiles, boards, content calendars, and posting workflows.

Research trends, audience behavior, and high-performing content formats.

Build and optimize affiliate monetization workflows.

Identify opportunities to improve click-through rates and user engagement.

Explore and implement automation tools for content creation, scheduling, and reporting.

Track performance metrics and derive actionable insights from data.

Work on growth experiments and document learnings.

Create scalable processes that can be replicated across multiple categories and accounts.

What we are looking for

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Curiosity about growth, content, affiliate marketing, and consumer internet businesses.

Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions.

Familiarity with Pinterest, Instagram, content marketing, or creator ecosystems is a plus.

Comfortable using spreadsheets and AI tools for research and productivity.

Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
