TheDeveloper Division under CoreAI - Platform and Tools organization at Microsoft India Development Center (IDC) is looking for aseasoned productmanagerto help create and ship exciting services aimed atdevelopers,quality assuranceengineers,DevOpsengineers, and site reliability engineers. Our division's mission is toempower developers and their teams to achieve more. We want to makeAzure the cloud of choice for any developer building any app on any platform. We ship popular developerfacing services in Azure, such asAzure Load Testing,Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Cache for Redis, etc. Key areas of our investments include incubation of new services in the fast-growingcloud-nativetesting space.

n This Role You Will

• Engage closely with customersand translate their unarticulated and unmet needs into actionable requirements.
• Partnerclosely with various stakeholderstodesign solutions rapidly through experimentation and direct customer validation.
• Analyze competitionand market trendstobuilda coherentstrategyforgrowing the business.
• Define the success metrics, communicate them clearly, measure them and use themto iterativelyimprove the services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build the go-to-market strategyand drive adoption.
• Create quality customer-facing product documentation, tutorials, and usage examples.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management or product management shipping enterpriseproducts in the software industry.Experience building large scale cloud services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar discipline, or equivalent industry experience. An MBA is a bonus.
• Experience working on developer tools andengagingwith developer communities.If you are hands on andwrite code tobuild and tinker,that isabonus.
• Strong analytical skillsandan aptitude for solving complex business problems.
• Working knowledge of performing market analysis, competitiveteardowns,and customer research to validate project priorities and direction.
