Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Management & Governance Support person to join our global Product Management & Development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the global (Advisory, Discretionary and Funds, Trading Solutions, Wealth Planning) and the local Product Approval Boards (e.g. UK, Luxembourg, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore) with product approval processes, lifecycle management, and governance reporting. This role involves extensive coordination, documentation, and data management to ensure robust product governance and compliance across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Approval and ongoing Lifecycle Management (LCM)

  • Support the end-to-end process for initial product approvals and ongoing monitoring of existing products & services (e.g. Advisory mandates, Discretionary Mandates, and Structured Products).
  • Coordinate lifecycle management reviews with global and local Product Owners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collate data and monitor offering-related global and local KPIs and KRIs.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for management and governance bodies.
  • Monitor approval conditions and track their fulfilment/completion.

Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain SharePoint sites, and products & services inventory lists.
  • Maintain a clear audit trail for product-related decisions, approvals, and changes.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline governance workflows (new tool in development).

Governance Support & Coordination

  • Support the preparation, stakeholder communication, and follow-up of global and local Product Approval Board meetings.
  • Write meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of decisions and discussions.
  • Ensure all governance documentation, decisions, and approvals are archived in line with audit requirements.

Stakeholder & Service Management

  • Own, document, and regularly update product governance-related SLAs and Operating Memoranda with other internal units.
  • Collaborate closely with global product teams, risk management, compliance, and legal to ensure alignment with governance standards.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within Product Management, Product Governance, Risk, or a related function.
  • Familiarity with product approval and lifecycle management processes across investment products (e.g. funds, structured products, ETDs) and services (e.g. advisory, discretionary, wealth planning).
  • Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization, ideally in a support or coordination role with global exposure.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, governance-driven environment.
