Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional with deep insight into digital trends in aviation industry & experience of leading technology-led transformations. This role involves driving business process improvements, managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, guiding product development, maintaining the product backlog, prioritizing features, and working collaboratively to build future ready airline platforms/ solutions. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for productivity enhancements are essential.
Roles & Responsibilities
Expertise in all aspects of system analysis, design, development, maintenance, deployment, change control and production support in Microsoft technology stack
In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC: Agile, Waterfall, Spiral, V model, Iterative & prototype model
System architecture and solution designing
Proven ability in driving numerous business programs, process and efficiency improvement through automation
Interacting with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements.
Gathering, documenting, & analyzing various business requirements
Resolving business problems through functional solutions
Documenting functional designs of business systems
Maintaining requirement backlogs and helping development team with prioritizations (as per discussion with Business Team).
Interacting with Development (Scrum) team, to explain Business requirements (grooming session) and regularly resolve their queries.
Identifying opportunities to improve current processes and/or propose new processes for improving productivity.
Ontime & accurate status reporting with all stakeholders.
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Ability to handle multi-disciplinary cross functional alignment to deliver value to the business
Self-motivated and passionate about Productivity and efficiency improvements
Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation
Effective people handling skills, including, conflict resolution, team motivation, and people development
Strong planning & organizational skills, Conflict management
Drive to accomplish the organization's goals and objectives
Lead change and innovation
Capable of managing crisis and working under pressure when required; keeping team motivated and focused on team goals
Experience with mission critical enterprise level applications.
Experience with implementing business systems, reporting tools and applying technology to solve business problems.
Experience in operational design and change management
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and inter-personal skills
Experience in executive level status reporting and program management across multiple projects while providing management with transparency in tracking project costs and budgets.
Experience & Qualification
Educational Qualification: BE/ B Tech (IT/ Computer Science) or MCA or M.Sc. Computer Science
Professional Qualification/knowledge: At least one certification and working knowledge on multiple frameworks such as PMP, Prince2, TOGAF, CMMi, Agile/Scrum
Work Experience: 12-16 years of relevant experience in software development, design, analysis, testing, product implementation, AI, Data Analytics, Project management, portfolio &/or program management, preferably in Airlines / TMC domain.
