At Bulkaroma, we are an online B2B platform that brings global access to aroma ingredients & fragrance oils.

Job Description

Own our Shopify product catalog and the content that makes it rank. You'll build and maintain listings across 1,500+ SKUs, keep product data clean and complete, and make sure our pages get found by buyers searching for aroma chemicals across 100+ countries.

What You'll Do

Product listings & catalog

• Create and maintain product listings across a 1,500+ SKU Shopify catalog
• Set up variants, pack sizes, pricing, images, tags, and collections correctly
• Populate product metafields: CAS numbers, specifications, technical attributes
• Attach and keep product documents (SDS, spec sheets) current
• Run bulk uploads and catalog updates via CSV and our internal tools
• Audit the catalog for duplicates, gaps, broken listings, and inconsistent data
  
  

SEO & content

• Write and optimise product descriptions using our content templates
• Build per-product SEO packages: meta titles, meta descriptions, FAQ schema, internal linking
• Produce in-depth ingredient reference pages from source material and templates
• Do keyword research for aroma chemicals, fragrance ingredients, and buyer-intent terms
• Track rankings, traffic, and page performance; fix what's underperforming
• Improve site structure, collections, and internal linking as the catalog grows
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• 1 to 3 years in ecommerce product listings, catalog management, SEO, or content
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (product uploads, variants, collections, metafields)
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO: meta tags, schema, keyword research, internal linking
• Comfortable with Google Search Console, GA4, and keyword tools
• Strong with Excel/Google Sheets for bulk data work (VLOOKUP, CSV handling)
• Strong written English - our pages are read by technical B2B buyers, not casual shoppers
• Detail-oriented - in a catalog this size, small data errors compound fast
• Able to research unfamiliar technical subjects and write about them accurately
• Added advantage: exposure to chemicals, fragrance, or any technical/industrial catalog
• Added advantage: basic HTML, or experience with bulk upload tools and CSV workflows
