Job Title : Product Configurator (Configure One)

About the Role:

We are looking for a PLM/PDM configurator expert with hands-on Configure One experience to lead product configuration initiatives in a complex manufacturing environment. The role focuses on ensuring accurate product structures, rules, and variant logic while enabling seamless data flow between PLM (Windchill, Teamcenter, ARAS), PDM, and ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, SAP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize product configurator systems for accurate BOMs, variant logic, and product structures.
• Integrate configurator with PLM/PDM and ERP systems to ensure consistent and reliable data flow.
• Translate engineering requirements into configurable rules and logic.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to deliver robust configuration solutions.
• Serve as an expert for product configuration architecture, governance, and variant management.

Required Skills:

• 610 years in PLM/PDM configuration, product configuration, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Configure One and PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, ARAS).
• Strong understanding of ERP integration (JDE, Oracle, SAP) and BOM data flow.
• Familiarity with complex manufacturing or automotive environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to variant management and complex product structures.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing product configuration.
