Job Title: Siemens PLM Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Siemens PLM Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Siemens Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and related PLM technologies, with a strong understanding of engineering, product development, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize Siemens PLM solutions, primarily Teamcenter.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams.
- Design and implement PLM workflows, data models, and lifecycle management processes.
- Configure Teamcenter modules, user roles, access controls, and business rules.
- Integrate Teamcenter with CAD systems such as NX, CATIA, Creo, and SolidWorks.
- Support BOM (Bill of Materials) management, change management, document management, and product data management processes.
- Develop and maintain PLM-related customizations, reports, and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PLM deployment and adoption.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for PLM applications.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter administration, configuration, and implementation.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts and best practices.
- Understanding of Product Data Management (PDM), BOM management, and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD applications.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL databases and enterprise system integrations.
- Familiarity with Java, C++, ITK, BMIDE, SOA, Active Workspace, or REST APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years (Consultant) or 7+ years (Senior Consultant) of Siemens PLM/Teamcenter experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or high-tech industries.
- Siemens Teamcenter certification is a plus.
