Job Description:

Experience with Centric PLM is preferred. Experience with other enterprise PLM platforms such as FlexPLM, Enovia, or Windchillwould be considered relevant. The key requirement is strong overall PLM knowledge and the ability to work with complex product data structures and processes.

The role will involve a mix of system configuration and administration, as well as technical involvement in integrations. The candidate should be comfortable working with APIs and integrations and supporting troubleshooting efforts, though this is not intended to be a full-time development role.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and common data formats such as JSON and XML is preferred, particularly for troubleshooting and supporting integrations. A solid understanding of integration architecture is important even if the candidate is not the primary developer.

Ideally, the candidate should have both perspectives. They should understand the business processes behind product data while also being capable of configuring and managing these structures within the PLM system.

A solid working knowledge of SQL is expected. The candidate should be comfortable writing queries for validation, troubleshooting, and investigation of data issues. Advanced database engineering is not required.

The most important requirement is strong experience as a PLM administrator, including system configuration, management of product data structures, and supporting business users. The candidate should be able to translate business requirements into system configuration and understand how product data flows across systems. For integrations, the key expectation is the ability to understand business needs, data structures, and integration logic so they can work effectively with technical teams and troubleshoot issues. Experience with SQL, APIs, and ERP integrations is valuable.
