Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the 1224 month vision and product roadmap for NoiseFit application across fitness, health, social, and commerce verticals.
Integrate ML/AI-powered personalization across wellness tracking, recommendations, and community engagement.
Champion a test-learn-iterate culture through experimentation, funnel analysis, and advanced analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap, etc.).
Manage a growing team of PMs while collaborating closely with NPD-devices, engineering, marketing and QA teams.
Define sprint rituals, product processes, and collaboration models across pods.
Lead monetization efforts via premium subscriptions, content, integrations, or value added services.
Ensure deep alignment with brand goals and user behavior.
Lead growth initiatives and spearhead ecosystem partnerships.
Build powerful retention loops via gamification, habit formation, personalized nudges, and smart goals.

The Ideal Noisemaker

10+ years in product management with at least 2+ years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of scaling B2C platforms to multi-million user bases with strong monetization & retention metrics.
Experience building and leading cross-functional product teams (10+ members).
Hands-on with product strategy, user research, experimentation, analytics, and roadmap execution.
Background in consumer-tech categories like fitness, gaming, media, social, wellness, or edtech.
Good to have but not mandatory: Experience with wearable integrations, BLE data, or iOT platforms.
Exposure to international product scaling.
Technical familiarity with modern PM stacks: SQL, Jira, Figma, Asana, analytics platforms.
