Job Description

Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to enhance product offerings.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in retail banking and loans.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
Prepare detailed product roadmaps and present progress updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in product development and deployment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Leader should have:

A strong educational background in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in product management within the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of retail banking and loans providers.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to drive product innovation.
An understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial services.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and teams
