About the Role
We are hiring a Product Lead who loves to experiment and uses data to decide what stays and what gets cut. Your goal is to constantly find new ways to improve the product, test those ideas, and measure exactly what works, by researching competitors, discovering new tools, and turning raw ideas into live product updates. You don't just suggest features but ensure they actually get built and launched.
What You'll Do
- Generate product ideas based on user behavior and get them implemented immediately.
- Design and manage A/B tests and feature trials to see what drives growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI and product tools and proactively integrate them into our workflow.
- Monitor what other consumer apps are doing and find ways to beat their strategy.
- Track the success of every experiment with clear data and report findings to the team.
- Do the initial testing and set up to prove an idea works before scaling it.
- Come up with unconventional but workable ideas to solve product bottlenecks.
What We're Looking For
- You have worked at a consumer app company and understand how to move metrics.
- You are a product person who prioritizes getting things live over long planning phases.
- You can think of a unique feature and also understand the technical steps needed to build it.
- You don't wait for a roadmap; you are constantly trying new tools and finding better ways to do things.
- You make decisions based on what the numbers say, not just gut feeling.
