Job Purpose
Team Computers is looking for a Product Lead (Techno-Functional) to drive the development and growth of its HRMS SaaS platform.
The role requires a hybrid techno-functional leader who understands HR processes, SaaS architecture, and product lifecycle management. The candidate will work closely with engineering, sales, implementation, and leadership teams to define product strategy, build scalable HR technology solutions, and deliver an exceptional user experience.
The Product Lead will play a critical role in building, enhancing, and scaling the HRMS platform to meet enterprise and mid-market customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the HRMS SaaS platform.
- Translate business requirements into clear product features and specifications.
- Align product development with market needs and organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the platform using AI, automation, and analytics.
Product Development & Delivery
- Work closely with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch product features.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Create product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Ensure product releases are delivered on time with high quality.
Techno-Functional Leadership
- Act as the bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide functional expertise in HRMS modules such as payroll, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Support technical teams with system architecture understanding, integrations, and APIs.
Customer & Market Insights
- Engage with customers, sales teams, and partners to understand product requirements.
- Translate customer feedback into product enhancements.
- Monitor HR tech market trends and competitor platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with sales and presales teams to support product demonstrations and solution positioning.
- Assist implementation teams with complex customer requirements and configurations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create product documentation and go-to-market materials.
Product Performance & Optimization
- Track product adoption, usage metrics, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve the platform based on analytics and feedback.
- Ensure scalability, usability, and performance of the HRMS platform.
What We're Looking For
- 810 years of experience in product management or techno-functional roles
- Experience working on HRMS, HR Tech, Payroll systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce management systems
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on SaaS product development
- Good understanding of API integrations, cloud architecture, and SaaS platforms
- Experience in Agile product development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience building or managing HRMS platforms
- Exposure to AI-enabled HR solutions
- Understanding of enterprise software architecture
- Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Education
- UG: B.Tech / BE / Any Graduate
- PG: MBA / PG in Product Management (Preferred)
