Product lead Property misc will also be responsible for leading Maximus product migration for property, property misc, Home LOB's by understanding organizational current policy processing & system framework's , various digital enablement's for property, property misc. & Home products.
Conduct policy processing flow, enablement's benchmarking with competition, understanding the product migrations flows under Maximus, building repository of various stake holders requirements to be built under maximums, building internal capabilities working closely with key stake holders on drafting various FTC, BRD's for product build-up under maximus, understanding various scenarios for UAT testing, enable Property, Property misc and home product smooth migrations under maximus.
Understanding the Customer & IMD
Conducting periodic product wise research to understand customer, IMD, user buying experience channel wise.
Formalizing qualitative and quantitative research data collection questioners
Conducting different types of user research like calls, surveys, interviews, usability testing etc with channels, Customers.
Analysis of research data, firming up insights and actionable to enhance user buying experience.
Further undertake external market and competition research to identify business trends in the assigned products.
Conduct competition benchmarking against various categories related to product offering, pricing, user buying journeys, markets, and other practice.

Engaging channels and end user, mapping their digital & business enablement requirements.
Analysis of feedbacks and prioritization of digital & business enablement's.
Engaging various stake holders IT, OPS, UW, Channel COE firming up of FTC's with sign off.
Leading & Monitoring of LOB Product wise digital & business enablement projects in Core, Imitra, Ezzetab for timely delivery.
Identification and mapping of Next gen business enablement and development technologies used cases worldwide
Working closely with UW, IT on LOB product rationalization, requirements, and migration to maximum.
Building Automated smart underwriting Rule engine under maximus
Channel & Key stakeholder management
Partner with the various channel heads to recommend, influence and share point of view on market / competitor intelligence, and opportunities for increasing business growth, penetration, and profitability
Share feedback and learning with underwriting team on the competitor intelligence such as products, pricing, and analytical results
Interact with PD & Actuarial team to share findings on market and pricing, and develop a deeper understanding of pricing methodologies
Share channel requirements on new products & covers. Actively work with UW, PD and Actuarial teams of firming up Products, coverages, addons, wording etc.
