Job Purpose
To lead and anchor the end-to-end technology charter and customer journey for the JLG lending business, driving robust, scalable, and future-ready platforms across the loan lifecycle. The role will play a critical part in enabling seamless credit access for underserved segments, thereby contributing to the Bank's financial inclusion agenda.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient on-ground execution through technology, strong governance frameworks, and continuous innovation, while delivering a differentiated and scalable customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and strategically drive the end‑to‑end technology ecosystem for JLG lending, ensuring enterprise‑grade availability, scalability, resilience, and performance
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and large‑scale rollout of integrated digital journeys across sourcing, onboarding, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections
- Architect and govern seamless enterprise integrations with core banking systems, credit bureaus, payment platforms, and multiple third‑party ecosystems
- Partner deeply with business, field, and on‑ground teams to institutionalize highly efficient, scalable, and field‑aligned processes that enable rapid growth
- Collaborate closely with product, risk, operations, compliance, and audit functions to deliver robust, compliant, and audit‑ready technology solutions
- Strengthen data foundations, reporting frameworks, and portfolio monitoring capabilities, enabling proactive decision‑making and sustainable portfolio growth
- Ensure uncompromising adherence to regulatory requirements, audit findings, and information security standards across all platforms and integrations
- Champion continuous improvement and structured innovation, driving measurable gains in turnaround time, productivity, field efficiency, and customer experience at scale
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach senior team members to foster a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Create an environment focused on automation and digital enablement to meet customer needs holistically.
- Strong expertise in lending architecture and enterprise integrations, with demonstrated success in field enablement, cross‑functional execution, stakeholder governance, and continuous improvement . Prior experience in microfinance, JLG, or rural lending ecosystems preferred

Experience:
6+ years of experience in banking or financial services technology, with exposure to lending platforms
