Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Lead – Hochiki to drive product growth, market development, and partner engagement within our Fire & Building Technology Business Unit.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive product sales and business growth for the Hochiki portfolio.
• Develop and execute product and market strategies.
• Build relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and end customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Identify market opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor trends.
• Conduct product training for internal teams and partners.
• Coordinate with the brand/principal team on product launches, pricing, campaigns, and market requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ Years of experience in the FireAlarm Systems industry.
• B.Tech in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) is mandatory.
• Experience in Fire & Safety / FAS / Building Technologies.
• Experience in Product Management, Technical Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for business development and customer engagements.
