*Key Deliverables*

Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact. Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Hands on experience with AI models, LLM's and real world AI Use cases. Exposure to RPA and intelligent automation initiatives. Deep understanding of process re-engineering, workflows, and policy frameworks

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other businesses and functional areas. Execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities. At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate banking.

Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, information architecture, software build, design thinking and service design techniques. Demonstrable experience of engaging technology teams and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.

Strong technical background, ability to lead technology feasibility conversations and understanding of API request/response parameters. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
