Role/Job Title: Product Lead- Collection Strategy
Function/ Department: Rural Product
Job Purpose
The role would be instrumental in
- Managing and driving overall collection Process execution of various channels
- Driving & managing delinquency and NCL at optimum level with data Points
- Enabling team with various tools to ease out the collection Process.
- Building the cost-effective collection channels for respective Products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collection Strategies:
- Execution existing and formulate/build to help manage delinquency and NCL of Rural Asset Product.
- Managing collection Process and Automation Analytics.
Secondary Responsibilities
Drive execution Process across product line as per the collection strategy
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities
Building capabilities within new team members, if any
Key Success Metrics
Business volumes under product, Operational management of processes etc.
Experience
Mid-Level 5-10yrs
Education
Any Post Graduation degree.
