Position Responsibilities
Key ResponsibilitiesRelease Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end release readiness across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Support, and Operations
- Own delivery against timeline, quality, adoption, and business impact objectives
- Drive alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple concurrent releases
AI-Enabled Delivery
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation, analytics) to improve planning, risk identification, and reporting
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and visibility
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize release processes using GenAI
Business Value & Outcomes
- Define and track release success metrics (KPIs) tied to revenue, adoption, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Ensure releases align with strategic priorities and deliver tangible business impact
- Report post-release outcomes with a focus on value realization
Customer & Organizational Readiness
- Ensure teams are Ready to Sell, Implement, and Support new releases
- Enable customer-facing teams with clear messaging, enablement, and support readiness
- Incorporate customer feedback into release planning and improvement cycles
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across complex, cross-organizational initiatives
- Lead issue resolution and escalation management
- Provide concise, executive-ready updates on status, risks, and outcomes
Qualifications
QualificationsExperience
- 7+ years of program/project management experience in software or SaaS environments
- Proven track record leading large, cross-functional release or product initiatives
- Experience driving initiatives tied to business outcomes and customer impact
AI & Digital Fluency
- Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation, analytics platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to use technology to improve decision-making, efficiency, and insight
- Strong learning mindset toward AI-driven ways of working
Leadership & Execution
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without authority
- Proactive, outcome-oriented mindset—focus on driving results, not just tracking tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
