Neural Hinge is hiring designers across multiple core areas.
Not the kind who decorate objects.
The kind who enjoy understanding how objects work.

1) Position: Designing Product Behaviour (Product Designer)
Many of the objects we work on are small machines. Applicators. Dispensing systems. Packaging that controls how a product moves from container to user.
The Product Designer operates close to this layer of invention.
You will explore mechanisms, user gestures, material behaviour and the architecture of delivery systems. Work typically begins with early sketches, moves through prototypes and eventually becomes solutions that can be manufactured at scale.
Curiosity about how objects function matters far more than a perfectly polished portfolio.

2) Position: Designing Form and Interaction (Industrial Designer)
Products in beauty and wellness live in the hand. They are held, twisted, pressed, rolled and applied.
The Industrial Designer focuses on shaping that interaction.
You will work on form, ergonomics and tactile experience while collaborating closely with the team developing the internal architecture of the product. Small shifts in geometry, proportion or material can transform the entire experience of use.
If you enjoy shaping objects that people interact with every day, this role will feel natural.

3) Position: Designing the Story of Innovation (Communication Designer)
Innovation only travels when it can be explained clearly.
The Communication Designer helps translate mechanisms, product architectures and new ideas into visual narratives that are easy to understand.
You will create diagrams, concept visuals, presentations and storytelling material that communicate how a system works and why it matters.
This role suits someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into visual clarity.
