About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven
Head of Product to lead our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role will be responsible for building scalable SaaS products, driving innovation, and aligning product initiatives with business goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in SaaS environments, strong leadership capabilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and optimization
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact features
- Drive product-led growth (PLG) and improve key SaaS metrics like MRR, retention, and churn
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team (PMs, designers, analysts)
- Use data and user insights to make informed product decisions
- Establish strong product processes, frameworks, and KPIs
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities
- Own pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Ensure seamless user experience and customer satisfaction across the product
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS/B2B products
- Strong understanding of product analytics, customer journeys, and UX principles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes (growth, revenue, retention)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with PLG models, subscription businesses, and SaaS metrics
- Technical acumen to work closely with engineering teams
