Experience: 15+ years of work experience in Broking in Product Manageent and P& L management

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

Own and drive the overall P&L of the broking business, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.

Define and lead the product strategy across trading platforms, technology enhancements, and customer experience initiatives to strengthen market positioning.

Develop and manage pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while optimizing profitability and client acquisition.

Serve as the primary escalation point for client and sub-broker concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.

Oversee operational governance, exception management, and process optimization to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Operations, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of business objectives and strategic initiatives.
