Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Product Growth Manager with
3–6 years of experience in SaaS-based ERP, Accounting, or Business Management Software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-product growth by improving activation, conversion, and retention through data analysis, experimentation, and product optimization. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success teams to enhance the user journey from onboarding to paid conversion and long-term retention. This role focuses on product-led growth initiatives within the ERP ecosystem and does not involve running paid ads or handling support tickets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze the complete user journey from trial signup to activation, subscription upgrade, and long-term retention.
- Identify drop-offs, friction points, and behavioral patterns across the ERP product funnel.
- Segment users based on business type, company size, usage patterns, and industry.
- Improve onboarding experience by optimizing setup flows such as company creation, GST setup, invoicing, inventory, and accounting modules.
- Reduce Time-to-Value (TTV) and improve first-week success rate for new ERP users.
- Identify reasons for low trial-to-paid conversion and design improvement strategies.
- Implement feature gating, contextual upgrade nudges, and usage-based subscription triggers.
- Run pricing and subscription plan experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze churn patterns and subscription cancellations to identify retention opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to design save flows for at-risk customers.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of product growth experiments.
- Design and execute A/B tests and iterate based on performance insights.
- Track and report key growth metrics such as activation rate, conversion rate, retention cohorts, and churn by subscription plan.
- Share experiment outcomes and actionable insights with leadership and stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, TLs, Digital Marketing, UX, and all relevant teams.
Skills & Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Growth, Product Analytics, or Growth Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in SaaS ERP, Accounting Software, or Business Management Platforms.
- Strong understanding of SMB / MSME business workflows.
- Experience in improving onboarding journeys in SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing.
- Solid understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Understanding of accounting, billing, or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
- Whiteboard coding / live coding skills are required.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
