Product Growth Associate

The Role

You'll be the connector between our customers and our engineering team. You'll bring customer voices into the product and take product stories back to the market.

What You'll Do

● Act as the primary POC for customers on product updates, timelines, and roadmap conversations

● Own product marketing - craft messaging, feature announcements, pitch decks, and go-to-market narratives

● Collect, synthesize, and relay customer feedback to the engineering team to drive product improvements

● Research competitor offerings and market trends; brainstorm and bring your own ideas to the table

● Run daily stand ups and maintain sprint communication across engineering, design, and QA to ensure planned commitments, deliverables, and deadlines are met

● Close feedback loops - customers should always know their voice was heard

What You Need

● 2–6 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a growth role - preferably within a SaaS or product-led company

● Exceptional communication - you're as comfortable on a customer call as you are in an engineering review

● A natural ability to translate business problems into product language (and vice versa)

● High ownership - you drive things to completion without being chased

● Extroverted, energetic, and genuinely people-first

● Based in Chennai (mandatory)

● Engineering background is a bonus, not a requirement - what matters is your ability to collaborate with technical teams
