Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.
- Analyze performance and behavioral data to surface growth opportunities and sharpen marketing and GTM decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, customer support, and technical teams such as engineering and data to align growth initiatives with business and customer outcomes.
- Create, launch, and manage marketing and go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct A/B testing primarily across go-to-market levers such as messaging, pricing, funnels, onboarding flows, and channel performance, while also supporting product-led experimentation where relevant.
- Track key performance indicators and clearly report on the impact and learnings from growth and GTM initiatives.
- Stay current on growth marketing trends, GTM best practices, and evolving customer acquisition strategies.
Job Specifications
- 13 years in a growth, product, analytics, or performance marketing role at a product-led company or startup.
- Proven track record of running at least 5+ experiments (A/B tests or funnel iterations) with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
