Responsibilities:
- Functional Designer with a focus on SAP Logistics related solutions
- Requirements gathering and estimation for SAP Enhancement requests
- Perform thorough analysis to identify all potential impacts for enhancement requests
- Team member on diverse team of colleagues, consultants, and/or contractors
- Training others to bring them up to speed quickly and making them productive members of the functional team.
- Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice)
- Ability to work independently, effectively deliver multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience in international environments with co-existence of global accounting and local statutory needs
- Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates
- Develop, prototype, test and implement SAP S/4 HANA and ECC Logistics solution enhancements
- Conduct SAP LE/EWM/TM process configuration changes for approved change requests
- Update and maintain all SAP/WRICEF functional documentation
- Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests, and Regression tests
- Update and maintain all related functional documentation

- Technical expertise and proficiency in SAP LE/EWM/TM. Effectively design, develop, and implement Logistics solutions that meet the needs of the organization and drive business success (30%)
- Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and other IT teams to gather Logistics requirements, understand business processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals (30%)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Technical, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business field required
Experience:
8+ years of SAP delivery & configuration experience with multiple full life cycle implementations with the following ECC and S/4 HANA modules:
- Logistics Execution (LE)
- Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Transportation Management (TM)
- Inventory Management (IM)
- 3rd party integration including SCT, MES, BN4L, P44, EDI
- S/4 HANA certification and experience preferred
- 3rd Party Logistics Providers (Interfaces)
- 3rd Partly Transportation planning and shipping tools (high volume small packages as well as LTL and FTL)
- Cross Functional integration in areas such as SD, MM, PP, QM, IBP, BTP
- Experience with WRICEF Functional Design
- Test execution (Unit, Integration, regression)
- Production Support for project/enhancements post golive
- Experience in life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Design and configuration expertise in Logistics processes in LE, EWM and TM areas including:
- Logistics setup including Logistics Org Structure, Plants, Storage locations, Warehouse setup, Material Movement Processing, Master data for EWM, TM, LE, Basic Stock Management, Physical Inventory, Batch Management, Stock Transfer and Replenishment, Inter/Intra Company Procurement
- EWM setup including Shipping, Outbound deliveries, Inbound deliveries, Internal warehousing, Wave setup, Advanced EWM functions, Production setup, PO and SO Integration, Stock Transport Orders
- TM setup including Order Management, Transportation Planning, Subcontracting & Tendering, and Freight Cost Freight Orders, Freight Units, Optimizer Planning, TM Integration with BN4L and P44
- Logistic Service Provider setup for all Inbound and Outbound Interfaces between Zoetis and the 3PL warehouses for Inbound and Outbound POs, STOs, Subcontracting, Customer Returns, Stock status changes, Inventory Reconciliation, e-Delivery, Regional variations including Turkey, Greece, Peru, Portugal, Brazil and Japan
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
This is Zoetis Hyderabad based position with up to 10% travel. Regular working hours are from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (ICC First Shift).
Sometimes more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
