Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Experience Designer with a strong product-first mindset and expertise in modern UX practices, design systems, and component-based design. The role involves shaping intuitive product experiences across platforms like Talentz.ai and SchoolPath, while also supporting marketing and growth design needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve user journeys across products
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UX solutions
- Apply product thinking to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Work with reusable components and scalable design systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, leadership, and marketing teams
- Support user research, feedback analysis, and usability improvements
- Contribute to growth initiatives and marketing design (social creatives, banners, presentations, etc.)
- Use AI tools for design, research, and iteration
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product/UX Design
- Strong product-first mindset and UX fundamentals
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Ability to handle both product UX and marketing design
- Strong visual design and attention to detail
- Good communication and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- AI-first approach to problem-solving
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS, marketplace, or platform products
- Exposure to B2B and B2C journeys
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with marketing and event design
- Understanding of developer handoff
