Role Description The Product Experience & Testing Intern will support the product team by evaluating app features, testing new releases, and documenting issues and feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing functional and usability testing, reporting bugs, and suggesting improvements to enhance the artist experience on the platform. The intern will collaborate with product specialists, designers, and customer-facing teams to understand user needs and translate them into clear feedback. This is an internship role that requires working on-site at the Sekeron office in New Delhi, with regular interaction across teams to support continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work closely with product specialists and product teams to understand feature requirements and user journeys.
• Strong analytical skills for testing, data interpretation, and identifying patterns in user behavior and product performance.
• Effective communication skills for clearly documenting issues, presenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Interest or experience in customer service and sales-related interactions to understand user expectations and market needs.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to testing and documentation.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and digital platforms; familiarity with social media or creator-focused apps is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage tasks independently under guidance.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, design, business, or a related field is preferred.
