Job Description

We are looking for an architect who can own the journey from design intent to on-site execution across key project components. This role requires a strong balance of design sensibility and execution rigour, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure that every detail is thought through, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.

You will play a critical role in finalising specifications, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Coordination & Specification Finalisation

  • Understand project requirements and translate them into clear design specifications
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and internal teams to finalise materials and finishes
  • Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution
  • Maintain detailed trackers, schedules, and documentation (including minutes of meetings) to ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Drive regular follow-ups to monitor progress and proactively address delays or gaps

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Identify and onboard vendors in coordination with the team
  • Collect estimates, prepare comparative statements, and support decision-making
  • Drive vendor coordination from finalisation to execution

3. Installation Coordination & Handover

  • Supervise installations, ensure proper execution, and conduct final verification and sign-off
  • Ensure all systems and elements are handover-ready and functioning as intended
  • Identify gaps proactively and ensure quality and detailing are maintained

4. Project Support – Amenities & Key Spaces

  • Support execution across mock-ups, clubhouse, and amenities
  • Ensure consistency in design language and quality across spaces

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration with design intent
  • Review and validate drawings issued by the site (car parking, electrical and plumbing drawings, sales furniture layouts, etc.) to ensure accuracy and on-site alignment
  • Execute minor modifications to the sales furniture layout, in consultation with the Principal Architects, as requested by the Sales team

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in architecture/interiors with strong site exposure
  • Ability to balance design sensitivity with execution practicality
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset

Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
