We are looking for an architect who can own the journey from design intent to on-site execution across key project components. This role requires a strong balance of design sensibility and execution rigour, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure that every detail is thought through, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard.
You will play a critical role in finalising specifications, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Coordination & Specification Finalisation
- Understand project requirements and translate them into clear design specifications
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and internal teams to finalise materials and finishes
- Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution
- Maintain detailed trackers, schedules, and documentation (including minutes of meetings) to ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Drive regular follow-ups to monitor progress and proactively address delays or gaps
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify and onboard vendors in coordination with the team
- Collect estimates, prepare comparative statements, and support decision-making
- Drive vendor coordination from finalisation to execution
3. Installation Coordination & Handover
- Supervise installations, ensure proper execution, and conduct final verification and sign-off
- Ensure all systems and elements are handover-ready and functioning as intended
- Identify gaps proactively and ensure quality and detailing are maintained
4. Project Support – Amenities & Key Spaces
- Support execution across mock-ups, clubhouse, and amenities
- Ensure consistency in design language and quality across spaces
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration with design intent
- Review and validate drawings issued by the site (car parking, electrical and plumbing drawings, sales furniture layouts, etc.) to ensure accuracy and on-site alignment
- Execute minor modifications to the sales furniture layout, in consultation with the Principal Architects, as requested by the Sales team
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in architecture/interiors with strong site exposure
- Ability to balance design sensitivity with execution practicality
- Strong coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and vendors
- High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
