Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Developer Advocate / Solutions Engineer to join the India team. The role combines technical expertise, community engagement, presales enablement, and developer advocacy. You will drive awareness of the analytics platform through technical content creation, developer community engagement, and customer-focused solution support including demos, PoCs, and adoption enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical evangelist, showcasing in developer communities, conferences, meetups, and online forums.
Build demos, sample code, tutorials, and technical content including blogs, webinars, and GitHub projects.
Work closely with solutions architects and sales teams for PoCs, technical deep-dives, and presales support.
Engage with developer communities via Slack, GitHub, StackOverflow, and contribute to open-source projects.
Translate customer and developer feedback into actionable insights for product enhancements.
Support clients in SQL performance tuning and database optimization.
Partner with marketing teams to deliver technical presentations, whitepapers, and case studies.

SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, MongoDB, SingleStore, Cloudera, BigQuery, Redshift, Python, Scala, Java, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop

Extra Info (if any)

7+ years of experience in developer advocacy, presales engineering, or customer success in the data/analytics domain.
Excellent communication abilities including public speaking and technical writing.
Experience working in multicultural, customer-facing environments.
