What this is

In the office your first week, shipping code that goes live. You'll own features, work directly with founders, and ship to real users

What we care about

• Can you think from a customer's perspective first, code second
• Do you notice when a flow feels broken or a UX feels lazy
• Have you shipped things people actually use

We care deeply about product quality, clean systems, and attention to detail. Good product engineering means knowing what NOT to build as much as knowing how to ship fast. And what you do build should work at scale, not just in a demo.

Tech architecture matters here. We'll guide you, but you need to care about building things the right way, not just the fast way. Some of the work will be internal tools and infrastructure. Not glamorous, but it matters and you'll have real ownership over it.

AI tools are normal here

Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, whatever helps you move faster. We don't care how the code was written. We care whether the final product feels thoughtful.

We are strict. Please don't apply if:

• You have no real products shipped
• Your GitHub is empty or inactive
• You haven't built anything outside of coursework

We move fast internally. If you need heavy hand-holding on what to work on or how to think about a problem, you'll find it frustrating here. We're looking for people who default to figuring things out.

We DO NOT care about:

• LeetCode streaks
• DSA ratings
• CodeChef stars etc.

These things contribute 0 to your application here. These are great skills to have, just not what we're evaluating here.

Strong bonus signals:

Public product launches, at least one paying user, products with real users, micro-acquisitions, anything that shows you've put work out into the world and people responded to it with their wallet or their time.

What we pay

In-person (Gurgaon) · ₹25,000-₹50,000/month · 2 months

Depends on experience and what you've shipped. We don't lowball good people.
