Hiring for TradeNet Product Engineer- Permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for trading and brokerage platforms
- Work on TradeNet or similar trading systems, supporting front-to-back trade lifecycle flows
- Build responsive and high-performance UI using ReactJS
- Develop robust backend services using NodeJS
- Implement real-time data streaming, order placement, trade execution, and reporting features
- Integrate with OMS, exchange gateways, market data feeds, and third-party systems
- Collaborate with product, business, and QA teams in an Agile environment
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, performance, and scalability
Required Experience & Domain Knowledge
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Hands-on experience working on trading platforms, brokerage systems, or crypto exchanges
- Strong understanding of:
- Trade lifecycle
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Capital Markets instruments Equities & Derivatives
- Experience with TradeNet or similar brokerage/trading platforms is a strong plus
- Exposure to crypto trading platforms, exchanges, or blockchain-based trading systems is highly desirable
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- NodeJS / Node.js
- ReactJS / React.js
- Experience with:
- REST APIs / Microservices
- WebSockets / real-time data handling
- Messaging or streaming systems (Kafka / Redis / ActiveMQ good to have)
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL / NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Functional & Soft Skills
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Crypto domains
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices
- Experience following Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to research, benchmark, and implement best-in-class technologies
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on quality, performance, and long-term system stability
