Job Description

  • Apply and support development processes such as Design Review, Virtual Review, DFMEA, DVP&R, DFM, DFA, and tolerance stack-up.
  • Conduct cross-functional reviews for components, seeking guidance from experts and program teams as needed.
  • Perform 3D CAD modeling for major casting components and engine components like plumbing and sheet metal brackets.
  • Create and check 2D drawings, applying GD&T and design for manufacturing, service, and assembly.
  • Develop engineering releases per component requirements for the respective design phase.
  • Support engine builds by reviewing BOMs, verifying parts, handling ETLA, and managing product tailoring components.
