Product Engineer - Provider
Product Responsibilities
- Lead and support product strategy and roadmap development for accommodation providers, including feature planning, new connectivity, and prioritization within the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Partner with customers throughout the product lifecycle to understand needs, validate requirements, and align expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and deliver functional projects, including Direct Connect implementations and connectivity upgrades.
- Build inclusive, trusting relationships across customer organizations to support transparent communication and shared understanding.
- Represent the customer's perspective internally to help ensure highquality service and positive business outcomes for all parties.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as the Escalation Point of Contact (POC) for incidents related to Hotel GDS providers.
- Communicate updates on product changes, project progress, and business developments clearly and regularly with customers and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities that support sustainable business growth based on customer needs and emerging product enhancements.
- Monitor, analyze, and share customer business trends with internal stakeholders to inform ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams to support cohesive product development and gotomarket execution.

About The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in customer management or related fields.
- Experience launching and managing products in a technology or distribution environment.
- Clear and effective communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to analyze information, think strategically, and collaborate to solve problems.
- Comfortable working in evolving, complex environments with the support of crossfunctional teams.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
