Role Description

We're looking for a Software Engineer with 2-3 years of experience who wants to grow faster than any large company would allow.

You'll work directly with the founder, own features end to end, and build in a space where the personalisation problem is genuinely unsolved. If you've been in your first role and feel like you're only touching a small piece of something big — this is the opposite of that.

Personalised routine builder based on ingredient compatibility

Recommendation engine connecting user biology to formula compatibility

Next.js migration and architecture improvements

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years software engineering experience
• Genuine interest in GenAI and LLM integration
• Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
• Comfortable making decisions in an early stage environment where not everything is defined
• Curiosity about skin tech, health tech or personalisation — you don't need to be an expert but the problem should excite you
• Strong skills in Product Engineering and Product Design to develop and optimise innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) to drive insights and improvements in the personalization engine.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions for product advancements.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with AI-driven platforms or skincare technology is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while delivering high-quality results.
