Product Engineer Intern AI Agentic Systems

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and curious Product Engineer Intern to join our team building next-generation AI agentic systems. The ideal candidate will help design and ship intelligent, autonomous product features while gaining hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on AI agent workflows and product features powered by LLMs.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable full-stack applications that integrate agentic capabilities into the product.
• Prototype and test agent behaviors — tool use, memory, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define, design, and ship new AI-driven features.
• Analyze agent performance, identify failure modes, and improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the application and agent pipeline.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and testing strategies for agentic systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
• React.js, Node.js, Python
• LLM APIs / agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs, or similar)
• AWS Lambda and serverless architectures
• Genuine interest in AI agents, product thinking, and building user-facing intelligent systems.
• Prior exposure to prompt engineering, RAG, or vector databases is a plus.
• AWS Certification is a plus.

Stipend and Work Hours

• 25,000 per month
• Duration: 6 months
• 20 hours per week (part-time)
• Exceptional interns may be offered a full-time Product Engineer / SDE role upon successful completion of the internship, with a competitive annual salary package.
