Role: Product Engineer (Event Support)

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Core Responsibilities

• Provide live application support during event days
• Rapidly debug UI, API, and backend issues
• Deliver controlled hotfixes aligned with product architecture standards
• Support provisioning issues (license setup, sponsor access, user roles)
• Coordinate with core engineering team for escalations when required

Required Tech Stack

• Frontend: React JS
• Backend: Fast API
• Database: PostgreSQL

Key Capabilities

• Strong debugging skills across the full stack
• Ability to trace issues across UI API DB layers
• Maintain architectural discipline while delivering rapid fixes
• Clear documentation of issues and resolutions post-event
