Your workday , your tasks and mandatory skill set :
As a Product Engineer, you will work in a hybrid team with colleagues across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be on driving the daily development process together with the team, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software that supports our customers core business.
As a part of your senior role, you will act as process lead in the team ensuring the daily progress in the team and participating in customer classification, refinement and other processes related to the development process. You will be both hands-on and orchestrator in the daily process.
You will act as the natural link between the development team and Product Management, handling the daily planning and prioritization of development tasks in the self-managing team and ensuring, together with the team, that we continuously deliver quality to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development process in the team (planning, daily, review, retrospective)
- Translate product goals and requirements into clear testable work items for both human and AI agents
- Ensure domain context, constraints, quality expectations and acceptance criteria are well defined
- Collaborate closely with Product management and your colleagues on both design and tech.
- Support continuous improvement of team processes, collaboration, and delivery flow
- Contribute to technical discussions
- Contribute to alignment and knowledge sharing across teams when needed
You are the ideal candidate if you have
- Proven experience as a senior software developer
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable architectures
- Hands-on experience with C# and/or Angular
- A system design mindset grounded in clean architecture principles
- A solid understanding of software quality, testing strategies, and performance at scale
- Familiarity with AI-augmented software development practices and workflows
- Experience working in agile development environments
- A track record of facilitating team processes and driving delivery flow
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and locations
