About The Role
We're hiring a
Product Engineer who can directly own and drive customer successfrom onboarding to revenue realization. This is not a traditional engineering role focused on isolated features or components. It's a high-agency, high-ownership role where you will work directly with customers, understand their operations, and ensure they go live successfully on Merlin AI. You'll own the roadmap for your accounts, write production-grade code, and lead implementation, training, and supportend to end. You are the bridge between what the customer needs and what the product becomes. When your customers succeed, we win.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and implementation journey for new customers
- Map messy real-world workflows to product modules and clean software logic
- Configure and customize Merlin AI to customer-specific needs
- Prioritize and ship features that unblock go-live and maximize impact
- Lead training sessions and support users throughout the adoption curve
- Translate field insights into high-leverage product roadmap decisions
- Debug issues, unblock problems, and ship code across the stack
- Track usage, adoption, and tie your success to revenue realization
- Publish and drive your own product roadmap quarterly
