Product Engineer

We are seeking a Product Engineer with a strong product mindset to design and build prototype applications, clickable demos, and proof-of-concepts within the financial services domain. This role focuses on rapidly translating ideas into interactive solutions that demonstrate business value, user experience, and technical feasibility.

The ideal candidate combines full stack development expertise with creativity, user-centric thinking, and the ability to iterate quickly on product concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive prototypes, mock applications, and clickable demos to validate product ideas and business use cases.

• Build lightweight full stack solutions that simulate real-world financial workflows and user journeys.

• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and design teams to translate concepts into functional prototypes.

• Apply product thinking to ensure prototypes are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs.

• Rapidly iterate on prototypes based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements.

• Develop frontend interfaces using modern frameworks to create high-fidelity demo experiences.

• Build backend services or mock APIs to support prototype functionality where required.

• Work on financial services use cases such as digital banking, payments, lending, or wealth management solutions.

• Present and demonstrate prototypes to internal teams, leadership, or clients.
  Contribute to reusable components, templates, and frameworks for faster prototyping.

• Stay updated with industry trends in fintech, digital products, and emerging technologies.

  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development, product engineering, or prototyping roles.

• Strong experience in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.

• Experience in building prototypes, MVPs, or demo applications with a focus on speed and usability.

• Understanding of the financial services domain (banking, payments, lending, insurance, or fintech) is preferred.

• Ability to create mock APIs, sample datasets, and simulated workflows for demos.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, basic database concepts, and system integration.

• Strong product mindset with attention to user experience and business outcomes.

• Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) or working closely with design teams is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
