Job Description

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for FTP and/or ALM product components within the treasury and risk solution landscape
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Clients to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
  • Lead or support the configuration, customization, and enhancement of ALM or FTP modules (e.g., behavioral modeling, liquidity risk analysis, interest rate simulation)
  • Design and optimize calculation engines for transfer pricing, liquidity cost allocation, and balance sheet metrics
  • Participate in platform integration with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring accurate data mapping and financial consistency
  • Work closely with QA and business teams to validate functional accuracy and performance of implemented solutions
  • Support UAT, issue resolution, product documentation, and user training
  • Stay current on regulatory changes (e.g., Basel III/IV, IRRBB) and best practices in ALM and FTP

Requirements


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing or supporting FTP or ALM solutions in a banking or financial software environment
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ALM/FTP platforms such as:
  • Moody's RiskConfidence
  • QRM
  • Oracle FTP
  • Wolters Kluwer OneSumX
  • Sopra Banking / Finastra

Strong understanding of interest rate risk, behavioral modeling, liquidity management, and profitability analysis.

Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and financial calculation logic.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
