About The Opportunity
We are hiring a Product Engineer to join a fast-paced, remote-first engineering team building modern SaaS experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, UX, and platform engineeringfocused on shipping high-quality features, improving system reliability, and iterating quickly based on customer feedback.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features: design, implement, test, and deploy user-facing components and backend services.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern frameworks and back-end services that expose robust REST APIs.
- Write clean, well-tested code and maintain automated pipelines (CI/CD) to ensure frequent, reliable releases.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements for scalability, latency, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering best practices and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on product engineering experience on web or SaaS products (senior/IC contributor level).
- Proven experience building front-end UI with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Proven experience building backend services with Node.js and designing REST APIs.
- Strong practical experience with Git-based workflows and code reviews.
- Familiarity with automated testing (unit/integration) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfort working in Agile product teams and collaborating remotely across time zones.
Preferred
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with relational or document databases (PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
