Role Overview

Seeking an experienced technicalProduct Manager (7+ years)with strong expertise in enterprise platforms, decisioning systems, and SaaS solutions. The role drives local product strategy, aligns with regional/global teams, and ensures market readiness, governance compliance, and smooth go‑to‑market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

  • Define and prioritize local market requirementsand translate them into structured PRDs.
  • Represent the local voicein global planning and ensure alignment with regulatory and operational needs.

Decisioning & Workflow Platforms

  • Act as SMEfor real‑time decisioning, workflow systems, and analytical/model execution capabilities.
  • Support API integrations, cloud migration, configuration, code writing, testing andenvironment setup.
  • Identify product gapsand define enhancement opportunities.
  • Lead requirements for analytical sandboxes(data exploration, model testing, policy validation).
  • Support complex enterprise workflow/collections implementations and upgrade cycles.

Regional & Global Collaboration

  • Deploy global capabilities with local customization.
  • Influence roadmaps for market‑specificuse cases and maintain visibility into dependencies and timelines.

Solution Design

  • Shape integrated solution constructsbuilt on existing platforms.
  • Drive scalable, reusable, compliant solution delivery via engineering teams or external partners.

Product Governance & Readiness

  • Own local product governance processes.
  • Ensure readiness across pricing, billing, onboarding, operations, support, documentation, and training.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Delivery, Support, and Sales for successful launches.

Performance & Enhancement Management

  • Track adoption, usage, and issuespost‑launch.
  • Maintain enhancement backlogs and feed insights into global/regional roadmaps.

Client Engagement (15-20%)

  • Validate product ideas with clients gather market intelligence.
  • Support demos, positioning, and key customer discussions.

Required Experience (Crisp Version)

  • 7+ yearsinProduct Management (enterprise tech/SaaS) preferably in BFSI
  • Deep expertise indecisioning systems, risk/analytics platforms, and enterprise‑scale solutions.
  • Strong ability to convert complex client needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Experience working ingovernance‑driven, regulated environments.
  • Hands‑on exposure todecision engines and policy management systems.
  • Hands on withmodel execution (e.g., Python‑based), API‑driven,andcloud‑native architectures.
  • Experience acrosshybrid delivery models (on‑prem + cloud).
  • Strong skills inrequirement writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to balanceglobal vs. local needseffectively.
  • Solid commercial, operational, and regulatory understanding.
  • Clear communication withtechnical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Testing the Products & features and expected to become a strong advocate/SME.
