Role Description

This is a hybrid on-site and remote role based in Chennai for a Product Development Specialist. The role involves conducting market research, contributing to research and development processes, and supporting end-to-end product development cycles. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product ideas align with company goals and customer needs. Key responsibilities also include gathering user feedback, evaluating product performance, and providing actionable insights to refine products.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends and assess product potential
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including conceptualizing and refining product prototypes
• Proficient in Product Management to oversee the lifecycle of product development and launch
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and effectively presenting insights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Product Development, Marketing, or Science; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industries is an added advantage
