ROLE SNAPSHOT —

• Location/Schedule: Remote India · Full-Time
• Purpose: Serve as the trusted relationship lead connecting Mercola, scientific partners, and product execution teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —

• Serve as the primary point of contact for scientific partners, labs, and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through consistent engagement and follow-up.
• Translate technical updates between partners and internal stakeholders with clarity.
• Track deliverables, samples, and documentation to maintain forward momentum.
• Coordinate across Procurement, QA/RA, Project Management, and Operations.
• Maintain structured business processes including POs, NDAs, MSAs, and stage-gate workflows.
• Conduct partner site visits and represent Mercola with professionalism and warmth.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences or related field (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, etc.).
• 3–6 years of experience in pharma, biotech, nutraceutical, or related industries.
• Experience in product development, product management, or partner-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Comfort with structured processes and documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (if applicable)

• Experience as a POC, KAM, MSL, or vendor liaison.
• Familiarity with formulation or product development processes.
• Exposure to Indian pharma or biotech ecosystems.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.
