About the Company

A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will guide products from concept to launch for a company with deep engineering heritage now investing in India. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Product Development Manager, you will own the path from idea to launch - coordinating design, engineering, and suppliers to move new products through development gates and into the hands of customers.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Launch

• Drive new products through the development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stage-gate reviews
• Coordinate design, engineering, quality, and suppliers

Planning & Risk

• Build development plans and track milestones and dependencies
• Surface risks early and drive practical resolution
• Capture requirements and feed customer feedback into the next cycle

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in product development, NPI, or program management
• Experience taking products from concept to launch
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder skills
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• An engineering background or technical degree
• Exposure to manufacturing, hardware, or industrial products
• Familiarity with stage-gate or structured development processes
