Our focus is on taking simple agricultural raw materials and converting them into meaningful B2B food ingredients (proteins, starches, fruit powders, etc.) for beverage, nutrition, snacks, and processed-food companies.
Role Summary
Combine desk research, product mapping, and customer conversations helping the firm diversify it's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Map indigenous crops for value-added ingredients.
Shortlist ideas based on availability, ease of processing, import dependence, and export potential and potential import substitution.
Conduct secondary research using reliable sources (APEDA, IBEF, trade data, journals) to strengthen the developed idea.
Build briefs: market size, players, price references, applications, gaps.
Speak to stakeholders validating the forecasted demand..
