Job Description

Location:Currently remote but will transition to onsite in Bangalore starting April or before April 2026

We are looking for a Product Development Executive (PDE) to support product enhancement, optimization, and operational excellence for a global SaaS-based platform. The PDE will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring smooth releases, improved usability, and better stakeholder alignment.

Key Focus Areas:

Translate business needs into product specifications and enhancement requests.
Support product release cycles, testing, and documentation.
Analyse user experience, recommend improvements, and track adoption metrics.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
Maintain governance and compliance across data, workflow, and reporting modules.

Requirements

Ideal Background:

3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or platform operations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Prior SaaS or technology platform exposure preferred.
